The Client Service Associate (CSA) serves as a liaison between clients and financial advisors. He/She is responsible for maintaining client relationships and serves as a point of contact for client inquiries, account administration, and transaction activities. CSAs respond to client account needs and work collaboratively with the advice and investment departments to facilitate client requests, including coordinating schedules for meetings. CSAs also work closely with our custodian, Charles Schwab, to ensure client’s account needs are served timely and accurately. CSAs provide back-up support for all administrative assistant responsibilities as needed.
